Our Vision
Denise and Michael created The Global Awareness Charitable Trust, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to keep serving humanity from the U.S. Their goal is to help people live with enlightened awareness. They focus on creating and sponsoring events that promote unity, collaboration, and cross-cultural communication, while also honoring indigenous traditions and building community.
They also founded Alchemy: The Soul of Transformation, an organization dedicated to transforming humanity and the planet through increased awareness and spiritual growth.
Denise and Michael first met in India while working on building an Ashram. Both were deeply committed to their spiritual journeys. Michael was a Hindu Monk (Brahmachari) for 13 years and lived in Varanasi, India, where he led several humanitarian projects. Denise comes from a corporate background, with experience in marketing, design, and construction, working with various organizations on strategic growth and transformation.
Their property in Chadds Ford, PA, just outside Philadelphia, has become their hub. It's where they teach, host retreats, hold sacred ceremonies, and offer educational and healing programs.

The Global Awareness Charitable Trust is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in the United States of America that is designed to create a community dedicated to the transformation of existing paradigms and realizing a new Global Enlightenment culture for humanity as Oneness Consciousness unified in their unique spiritual sovereignty and soul essences.
The Global Awareness Charitable Trust is committed to supporting humanity in living an enlightened awareness through creating and sponsoring programs that unify people, communities, organizations, and countries through events, festivals, and conferences that have the intention of bringing awareness, spiritual transformation, and experimental knowing of their unique place within the collective consciousness of Humanity.
We offer humanitarian services that provide an opportunity to promote awareness as One Family of Humanity; dissolving all racism, promoting cross-cultural communication across all nationalities and borders, fostering universal togetherness and community, and honoring all in their unique expression.
