The Work Continues... 100 Dignity Kits Delivered to Women and Girls in Nepal

We are grateful to share another meaningful update from our Nepal Flood Relief efforts. With the support of our community, 100 dignity kits have now been distributed to women and girls affected by the devastating Bhote Koshi floods.
Through our partnership with Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), the second distribution has been completed at the Post Bahadur Bogati holding camp in Bidur Municipality, Nuwakot, with each recipient receiving a dignity kit.
Many of these families have been living away from home for almost two months. For women and girls who have lost so much, having access to hygiene products, clean clothes, soap, and other personal necessities makes a real difference to their health and dignity.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has donated, shared our updates, and helped make this work possible. Your generosity has reached women and girls you may never meet, during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Thank you for helping us turn compassion into meaningful, practical support.
Another Flood Emergency in Nepal
Even as we share this good news, another serious flood emergency has struck central Nepal.
On October 11, a landslide temporarily blocked the Budhi Gandaki River in northern Gorkha. When the blockage broke, floodwaters swept through communities in Chumnubri, Dharche, and Arughat.
For families who have already endured so much, this new disaster brings more loss, uncertainty, and displacement. Local authorities and relief organizations are working to assess the damage and determine the needs of affected communities.
Helping Women & Girls, One Community at a Time
The needs in Nepal continue, both for families still displaced by the Bhote Koshi floods and for those now affected by the latest disaster. We hope to continue supporting BWSN’s relief efforts, including the dignity-kit program for Women and Girls in Nepal and other essential assistance as needs emerge.
Please consider making a donation or sharing this update with others. Every contribution helps us continue this work, and every share brings greater awareness to communities that still need support.
We are grateful to be part of a community that continues to respond with compassion, even across oceans, languages, and borders.
One family. One heart. No matter the distance.
With gratitude and blessings,
With gratitude and blessings,
