Join Pundit Sharma Chandra Sekhara Samavedula and two skilled Vedic Pandits for a powerful, transformative Sun Salutations program on Sunday, August 9th—the day in Vedic astrology most aligned with the Sun’s vital energies. This unique, first-of-its-kind program combines physical movement, chanting, and sacred fire ceremony (Yagya) to connect participants with the Sun’s life-giving, healing, and empowering energy.
The program includes:
8:00 – 10:00 AM: Sun Salutations Movement & Chanting
Awaken the body, mind, and spirit through guided Sun Salutation postures (Surya Namaskar) combined with Vedic mantras to invite vitality, clarity, and inner alignment.
10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Sun Salutations Yagya (Fire Ceremony)
Participate in a sacred Vedic fire ceremony honoring the Sun, amplifying the effects of the morning practice, and invoking purification, protection, and radiant health for yourself and collective consciousness.
