The program includes:
8:00 – 10:00 AM: Sun Salutations Movement & Chanting
Awaken the body, mind, and spirit through guided Sun Salutation postures (Surya Namaskar) combined with Vedic mantras to invite vitality, clarity, and inner alignment.
10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Sun Salutations Yagya (Fire Ceremony)
