As we approach the Fall Equinox, we enter a powerful time of transition—a moment when day and night come into balance and we are invited to reflect on balance within ourselves.

We are also living through a time of tremendous change and uncertainty on Earth. Across the world, we witness conflict, division, environmental challenges, and a growing sense of disconnection. The Fall Equinox offers an opportunity to pause, turn inward, and consciously consider what we are carrying within ourselves—and what we are contributing to the greater field of life.
