We’re so glad you’re here.

We are Denise and Michael, and together we founded the Global Awareness Charitable Trust, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created from a shared calling to serve humanity through awakened awareness, compassion, and connection.

Our intention is simple and profound: to support people in remembering who they truly are and living from a place of presence, purpose, and unity.

Through the Trust, we create and sponsor events and initiatives that encourage collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, and community building. We deeply honor indigenous wisdom traditions and believe that when ancient knowledge and modern life come together, something truly healing becomes possible.

We are also the founders of Alchemy: The Soul of Transformation, an organization devoted to personal and planetary transformation through spiritual growth, conscious awareness, and embodied practice.

Our paths first crossed in India, where we worked together to build an Ashram—an experience that forever shaped our lives and our devotion to service. Michael lived as a Hindu Monk (Brahmachari) for 13 years in Varanasi, India, leading humanitarian projects and living a life rooted in spiritual discipline and service. Denise brings a background in corporate leadership, marketing, design, and construction, supporting organizations through strategic growth and meaningful transformation.

Today, our home and land in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania—just outside of Philadelphia—serve as a living sanctuary and hub for this work. It is here that we gather in community to teach, host retreats, facilitate sacred ceremonies, and offer educational and healing programs.

Everything we offer is guided by the belief that personal awakening and collective healing go hand in hand. We are honored to walk this path with you and to welcome you into this growing global community of awareness.
